HA Data Plane Architecture Design

We are seeking an experienced freelancer to design a highly available data plane architecture for our cloud services. The project involves platform selection between full cloud (AWS), Dedicated Bare Metal / Public Cloud provider (OVHCloud), and colocation services with a focus on TCO over a 5-year period. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Postgres, Redis, RabbitMQ, OpenSearch, and MySQL, and be able to provide a detailed analysis of redundancy / fault tolerance and cost comparison with solutions provided by the three paths outlined. We are seeking infrastructure design and resiliency planning. How many nodes, resources allocated to each, and software and hardware topology to achieve as close to a 99.995% uptime as possible, understanding the pros and cons of each option, and the approximate costs with each path.
