We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to help with data collection, internet research, and calendar management tasks. Responsibilities: Collect and organize data from websites, directories, and online sources Perform web research and maintain accurate records in spreadsheets Update and manage databases Schedule meetings and appointments Manage calendars and coordinate availability Handle basic administrative tasks as needed Ensure data accuracy and consistency Requirements: Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant, Data Entry Specialist, or Administrative Assistant Strong internet research skills Proficiency in Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, Google Calendar, and Microsoft Outlook Excellent attention to detail Good written communication skills Ability to meet deadlines and work independently Preferred: Experience with CRM systems Familiarity with lead generation and data collection tools Experience supporting busy executives or business owners To Apply: Please include: A brief introduction about yourself.
