1. Go to link: http://app.toronto.ca/AIC/index.do 2. Below search by address, please click on “Refine Search” 3. For “New Development”, select “Last 180 days” 4. For “City District”, select “Etobicoke-York”. Note: The code needs to later go through all the other city district items once it’s done with Etobicoke-York 5. Click on Apply Filters 6. Below the map, it shows the results 7. For each address, please provide the following information requested in the attached “Last 180D sample Excel” sheet a. Application Number b. File Number c. Application Status d. Milestone Status e. Date Submitted f. Type Note: If any information is missing, please leave that field blank 8. Then click on “View Application”, and provide the following information requested in the attached “Last 180D sample Excel” sheet a. Description b. Then at the bottom of the page, click on Application Detail URL, and copy the “application details page link” into the excel sheet 9. Then click on “Supporting Documentation”, and download the “Application Form”, and provide the rest of the information requested in the attached “Last 180D sample Excel” sheet 10. Note: If some files do not have Application Form, then leave the missing info blank Repeat above for each of the addresses for each city district (i.e. Etobicoke- York, North York, Scarborough, Toronto- East York). a. Number: Add item/row # (1,2,3,4,5, etc.) as the first column of the excel sheet b. Type: Put #18, as shown c. City District: Add “City District” information (i.e. Etobicoke- York, North York, Scarborough, Toronto- East York), everything else is in the right order There should be about 1560 addresses/applications (see below breakdown). Please make sure the info is copy and paste so that there are no spelling mistakes. Specially with the emails, please make sure there are no spelling mistakes and that there is no space at the end of the email. Payment is made for accurate and complete work only. Please place all the information in one tab of the Excel Sheet, not multiple tabs. Once the submitted information is received, then the list of the data with incorrect email address and incorrect info will be sent back to the freelancer to correct information.
