Data entry, contact updating, lead generation for real estate

I need contacts extracted from my work email, my personal email, my facebook and social media, and my phone. Ideally, youll be scraping data and getting very savy in finding and connecting contacts and emails. I need physical addresses and email addresses extracted from wherever you can find them, we will work collectively to draft a facebook message to gather peoples emails who i've not worked with in some time or rarely talk to so that communication remains professional and warm. I need my CRM to be orderly and effective, by the end of our work together so that I can draft newletters that target specific communities and age groups as well as email drip caimpagns.
