Data extraction from websites

Property Data Research Assistant I am looking for a detail-oriented research assistant to manually review public property listings and record structured data into a spreadsheet or database. The role involves collecting factual information only, such as location, property type, asking price, size, bedrooms, bathrooms, finish, views, garage availability, floor level, outdoor space, source website, listing URL, and date observed. You must be accurate, consistent, and comfortable working with spreadsheets. No scraping, automation, copying of descriptions, downloading of images, or use of listing photos is required. This is manual market research and structured data entry only. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, good judgement, and experience with real estate, property research, data entry, or online research. Initial project: build a structured dataset of approximately 1000–10,000 property observations.
