Database Architect Needed for AML Compliance Data Schema and ETL Design

Job Description We are seeking an experienced Database Architect or Database Management Consultant to provide technical guidance for the design and management of a structured compliance-data environment for an AML and KYC platform. The assignment is focused on database architecture, data governance, data quality, and update workflows. It does not involve private investigation, unauthorized data collection, restricted website scraping, or acquiring confidential personal information. Any data used in the project will be obtained only from official, authorized, or properly licensed sources. Scope of Work The consultant will help us with: Designing a scalable relational database architecture Developing an appropriate database schema and field structure Creating a data dictionary and source-mapping framework Designing ETL and scheduled update workflows Establishing entity-resolution and record-matching logic Developing deduplication and data-normalization rules Defining data-quality and validation controls Designing audit logs and change-history processes Recommending role-based access and security controls Preparing technical documentation for future development Expected Deliverables Proposed database architecture Entity-relationship diagram Database schema and table structure Data dictionary ETL and update-process recommendations Deduplication and data-quality framework Access-control and audit-trail recommendations Final consultation report or implementation roadmap Preferred Experience Database architecture and database administration PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server, or similar technologies ETL pipeline and API integration design Large-scale structured datasets Data governance and data-quality management Entity resolution, fuzzy matching, or record linkage Experience with RegTech, FinTech, AML, KYC, or compliance platforms is an advantage Important Source Restrictions The consultant will not be asked to: Conduct private investigations Scrape restricted or unauthorized websites Collect confidential personal information Bypass access controls Obtain information in violation of any law or third-party terms Application Requirements Please include: Your relevant database architecture experience Examples of similar database or ETL projects Your preferred database technologies Your proposed approach to the project
