Database Research & CRM Data Quality Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Database Research & CRM Data Quality Specialist to help clean and prepare a real estate database for CRM import. The project involves reviewing approximately 3,300 records across multiple spreadsheets, identifying duplicate contacts, households, and property records, verifying publicly available property ownership information, and preparing clean import-ready CSV files. Responsibilities include: Review and organize spreadsheet data Find and merge duplicate contacts, households, and property records Verify property ownership using county assessor, tax records, GIS, and parcel mapping sources Confirm mailing addresses and owner occupancy status when available Research and append missing contact information Validate emails and standardize names, addresses, phone numbers, and formatting Prepare clean CSV files for CRM import Ideal candidates should have experience with: Real estate databases County assessor and tax record research GIS / parcel mapping systems Excel or Google Sheets Data cleanup, duplicate matching, and household consolidation CRM data preparation Preferred tools include BatchLeads, Apollo, NeverBounce, Hunter, RocketReach, Google Earth, or similar tools. Accuracy is more important than speed. Work will be completed in phases with quality reviews before moving to the next stage.
