Summary

On-Site Freelance Wedding Coordinator / Associate Planner” IN-PERSON — Sarasota/Bradenton/Tampa area We’re looking for a part-time professional to help plan and execute weddings on site during our busy season. We are located in Florida. The role includes organizing outreach , coordinating follow-up, and supporting month of emails and execution. You should be comfortable working independently, managing timelines, and helping keep initiatives on track. Note this role can be virtual leading up to the event. Only physical onsite requirement is the day before and the day of the event
