Dayforce HCM Implementation Consultant

Dayforce HCM Implementation Consultant Needed We are looking for an experienced Dayforce HCM implementation consultant or partner to lead a structured reimplementation and optimization of our Dayforce environment. This engagement will focus on revisiting foundational configurations, correcting legacy setup challenges, and activating additional Dayforce modules for a manufacturing organization. Scope includes: Dayforce Learning / LMS setup Talent Acquisition / Recruiting People Analytics dashboards and reporting Performance Management Benefits carrier integration, including Canadian benefits carriers Optional future Benefits Administration support Dayforce Core HR and Payroll are already live and stable. The goal is to implement these modules properly, reduce manual processes, improve reporting, and ensure the system is configured for a multi-site manufacturing environment. Ideal candidate should have: Proven Dayforce implementation experience Experience with Canadian payroll, benefits, and carrier integrations Manufacturing or multi-site workforce experience Ability to provide clear project timelines, pricing, and deliverables Strong documentation and knowledge-transfer skills Please include examples of similar Dayforce projects, your recommended implementation approach, timeline, and estimated cost.
