Summary

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and punctual Client Coordinator to serve as the primary point of contact between our clients and our internal SEO team. This role is responsible for ensuring clients receive timely updates, projects stay on track, and communication remains professional and organized throughout every campaign. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator who enjoys building client relationships, coordinating multiple projects simultaneously, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks. The mentioned fixed price is the estimated monthly amount. Responsibilities • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned SEO clients. • Communicate campaign progress, updates, and deliverables in a clear and professional manner. • Review SEO reports and translate technical information into client-friendly summaries and emails. • Respond to client questions and requests promptly or coordinate with the appropriate team member when necessary. • Coordinate with the internal SEO team to ensure deliverables are completed on schedule. • Track project timelines and follow up on outstanding tasks to keep campaigns moving forward. • Schedule and participate in client meetings, taking notes and documenting action items. • Maintain accurate records of client communications, meeting notes, project updates, and outstanding requests. • Monitor campaigns for potential delays or issues and escalate concerns to management when appropriate. • Ensure every client receives a consistent, high-quality experience throughout their engagement. Requirements • Previous experience in client coordination, account coordination, project coordination, or a similar client-facing role. • Excellent written and spoken English. • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with exceptional attention to detail. • Ability to simplify technical or complex information into clear, concise communication. • Highly punctual and available during business hours (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST). • Professional, friendly, and confident when communicating with clients. • Comfortable using project management and communication tools such as ClickUp. • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a remote team. Preferred Qualifications • Working knowledge of SEO concepts, terminology, and digital marketing. • Experience reviewing reports.
