Defining and mapping sales territories using provided data and geographically mapping

This is an Australian project. I have a list of postcodes within a sales area, and I need a data set analyzed to produce three distinct sales territories within the sales area. I have historical data that shows number of sales into each postcode, demonstrating overall volume opportunity. I need these analysed, and clear deliverables of three sales areas, balanced in terms of overall volume opportunity in a way that makes geographical sense. IE grouped around office locations, clear boundaries for each rep and not too much distance travelled. A map showing the areas needs to be produced. Further information and files will be provided.
