Degen Copywriter

We're looking for a Degen Copywriter — a freelance writer who genuinely gets sports betting, fantasy, and casino/gambling culture and can write copy that sounds like it came from the group chat, not a marketing department. What you'll do: - Write daily/weekly betting-related content: captions, promos, tweets, newsletter blurbs, and social posts - Capture the humor, slang, and emotional chaos of degen culture (bad beats, parlays, tilt, hopium/copium) in a way that feels authentic - Turn odds, lines, and betting trends into punchy, funny, shareable copy - Collaborate with our team on content calendars and campaign ideas What we're looking for: - Real familiarity with sports betting, fantasy sports, or casino gambling culture (you don't have to be a "pro," but you need to speak the language) - Strong comedic writing chops — you can make people laugh in under 280 characters - Experience writing for social media, newsletters, or content marketing - Fast turnaround and comfort with a high-volume, fast-paced posting schedule Bonus points if you've ever lost a same-game parlay by one leg and turned it into content instead of therapy.
