We are a Delaware C-Corporation seeking a Delaware-licensed attorney for an urgent limited-scope court filing related to a JAMS arbitration award. We need counsel to review, finalize, sign, file, and serve a motion/application in Delaware court to vacate, modify, correct, and/or stay enforcement of a JAMS Final Award and Corrected Final Award. The matter involves a commercial contractor dispute arising from software development agreements. The key issues include disputed contractor payment entitlement, withheld source code / Contractor Work Product, non-delivery, non-verification, non-acceptance, reasonable satisfaction under the agreements, and a challenge to arbitration expense allocation. We already have the main materials prepared, including the Final Award, Corrected Final Award, contractor agreements, arbitration submissions, exhibits, post-award JAMS correspondence, and a draft filing structure/argument outline. We are not looking for someone to start from zero. We need a cost-conscious attorney who can urgently review and file the appropriate Delaware court application. Scope of work: 1. Review the arbitration award, agreements, and draft arguments. 2. Confirm the proper Delaware court and filing procedure. 3. Finalize the motion/application to vacate, modify, correct, and/or stay enforcement. 4. Sign, file, and serve the court papers. 5. Advise on any immediate response if the opposing parties file to confirm the award. Important requirements: * Must be admitted in Delaware, or able to handle the filing through appropriate Delaware counsel. * Experience with arbitration award vacatur, confirmation, enforcement, or post-award proceedings is strongly preferred. * Experience with contract disputes, software development disputes, or source code / IP-related disputes is helpful. * Must be available immediately. We are looking for a limited-scope engagement, preferably on a flat fee, capped fee, payment plan, or urgent filing-only basis. Please include in your response: 1. Whether you are admitted in Delaware. 2. Your experience with motions to vacate, modify, correct, stay, or oppose confirmation of arbitration awards. 3. Your earliest availability. 4. Your estimated cost for urgent limited-scope filing. 5. Whether you can file within the next few days. This matter is time-sensitive.
