US digital marketing agency (~60 healthcare clients) seeks a full-time remote Delivery Operations Coordinator to own ClickUp system health across ~230 lists and ~1,850 active tasks. You'll monitor and repair recurring-task templates, run weekly hygiene sweeps (owners, due dates, statuses), convert call-recap action items into tracked tasks within 48 hours, escalate aging client dependencies, and execute onboarding/offboarding checklists including access revocation. No client contact — you own the system, with clear KPIs (overdue <2%, zero broken recurrences). Requires 3+ years agency project coordination, expert ClickUp admin, excellent written English, and 4+ hours daily overlap with US Eastern Time. $1,500–2,000/month, full-time contractor.
