On-Demand Developer: HubSpot, Custom Servers & Shipping Calculators (Part-Time / As-Needed) We are looking for a reliable, highly skilled Full-Stack Developer to assist with ongoing development, maintenance, and optimization of our interconnected sales and logistics systems. This is a flexible, part-time, on-demand position. Our workload fluctuates significantly based on our project pipeline and update cycles. Some weeks may require 0 hours, while others could spike to 20 or even 40 hours if we are pushing a major update or troubleshooting a critical issue. If you are looking for a steady 20-hour-a-week contract, this won't be the right fit. But if you love variety, autonomy, and being the go-to expert we can rely on when needs arise, we’d love to talk. Key Responsibilities • HubSpot Integration & Automation: Maintain and optimize how data flows into HubSpot. Work with HubSpot APIs, custom objects, and webhooks to ensure smooth data routing and seamless integration with our marketing and sales workflows. • Staging Server Management: Maintain and improve our custom-built staging server. This server acts as our traffic controller—receiving leads from our various e-commerce websites, enriching the data, and pushing it directly into HubSpot for sales routing. • Custom Shipping Calculator Support: Troubleshoot, update, and optimize our proprietary, custom-built shipping calculator to ensure accurate, real-time logistics data. Required Skills & Experience • HubSpot Developer Expert: Deep understanding of HubSpot APIs, workflow automations, webhooks, and data synchronization. • Backend Expertise: Strong experience managing custom servers, database management, and building/maintaining custom data-enrichment pipelines. • E-commerce & Logistics Logic: Experience working with e-commerce lead ingestion and custom pricing/shipping calculator logic. • Problem Solver: Ability to jump into an existing, custom codebase, diagnose issues quickly, and implement clean solutions. • Communication & Availability: Because this role is "upon request," we need someone who is highly responsive during working hours to acknowledge requests and provide accurate timelines for implementation.
