Description: We're a B2B advisory firm (Delaware corp, based in the DC area) pursuing a former client for unpaid invoices and fraudulent chargebacks totaling approximately $24,000. We have a signed service agreement with strong provisions in our favor: no-refund clause, 10% late fees, attorneys' fee recovery, indemnification, and a mandatory AAA arbitration clause (Bethesda, Maryland, Maryland law).
