Job Title: Dental Clinic Digital Transformation & Growth Partner (Website Overhaul, SEO, & Ads including online and offline marketing) Job Description: We are a growing dental clinic based in Bangalore (www.dreamsmilez.com). We are seeking a highly skilled digital freelancer or boutique agency to act as our long-term Growth Partner. We are looking for professional, high-quality work to build a "MayoClinic-style" authority hub for dental health. We would prefer someone based in bangalore but are also open to online partners in india or abroad Our Vision: We are transforming our digital presence into an automated, high-authority information hub. This involves a mobile-first, high-performance website, integrated AI-driven content pipelines, and aggressive, data-driven marketing. Phase 1 Focus (Immediate Requirements): We are looking to execute the first phase of this project immediately: Website Audit & Improvement: A comprehensive technical audit of our current site (hosted on Hostinger). Implementation of speed, UX, and SEO fixes for both mobile and desktop. Marketing & Ad Campaigns: Set up and launch targeted online ads (Google/Social) to drive patient inquiries. We want to implement a system that generates leads and maintains clinic growth. Future Phases (Subsequent Milestones): Once Phase 1 is stabilized, we will move into: Developing a multilingual, AI-assisted content engine (Q&A, videos, dental advice). Scaling offline/online marketing integration. Training our in-house team on maintenance and AI workflows. Compensation Structure & Milestones: To ensure high-quality coordination and strict timing, we operate on a milestone-based payment system. Milestones: We break the project into small, manageable milestones of approximately $100 - $120 USD (₹8,000 - ₹10,000 INR). This allows for frequent check-ins and consistent payment upon successful completion of deliverables. Incentive Component: We are looking for a partner who is confident in their results. In addition to the fixed milestone payments, we offer a Performance-Based Incentive structure for high-quality leads, verified bookings, and successfully achieved growth KPIs. What We Expect: You must be proactive and capable of managing both the technical (Web/SEO) and strategic (Marketing/Ads) sides of the project. You must be comfortable with "human-in-the-loop" AI workflows (you lead the tech; we provide clinical accuracy). Clear communication is mandatory.
