Dental Provider Outreach Specialist-Job Posting We support payer clients across the eastern and central United States. We are looking for an experienced, detail-oriented contractor to handle outbound phone outreach to dental provider offices on behalf of our claims team. This is a part-time, ongoing engagement (15–20 hours per week) with room to grow as our client base expands. All work is performed remotely during eastern or central time zone business hours. What you will be doing You will make outbound calls to dental offices and provider contacts to communicate claim decisions, including approvals, denials, and requests for additional information. This involves clearly explaining the outcome of a claim, addressing provider questions about the decision, and directing offices to next steps (such as appeals or resubmission) when applicable. Every call and its outcome must be documented in our claims platform in real time for audit trail purposes. You will also use our internal calling tool (Dialpad) for all outbound activity — no personal phone lines required. This role requires someone who can work independently, manage a queue of outstanding calls, follow up persistently, and communicate clearly and professionally with dental office staff. What we are looking for We need someone who has direct experience in dental provider relations or claims communication — dental industry experience is required. Specifically: Prior experience communicating claim outcomes, benefits information, or similar decisions to healthcare providers or patients Comfort making high-volume outbound calls to provider offices and navigating front desk and office manager interactions Strong verbal communication skills, including the ability to deliver difficult or unwelcome information professionally and calmly Strong attention to detail and disciplined documentation habits — every call must be logged accurately Proficiency with claims or practice management software (experience with any major platform is a plus) Must be based in the United States (this is a 1099 contractor role, onshore only) Available during eastern or central time zone business hours Tools you will use Dialpad (provided) for all outbound calls. Our claims platform (training provided) for documentation and file management. Basic comfort with web-based software is required — we will handle onboarding. Compensation and hours $20/hour. Estimated 15–20 hours per week to start, with potential to expand. This is a 1099 independent contractor engagement.
