Dental Revenue Cycle Assistant (Full-Time, EST Hours)

We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented person to help with dental billing and insurance follow-up. If you know your way around DENTAL claims, EOBs, and A/R reports, we’d love to meet you! Your Day-to-Day: • Work insurance aging reports and reduce outstanding A/R • Review EOBs and handle claim follow-up • Fix and resubmit denied/rejected claims • Keep billing accurate and compliant • Track claim progress and update notes • Help with prior authorizations and CDT codes You’ll Succeed If You Have: • Experience with dental billing or insurance coordination • Knowledge of claim adjudication and denials • Familiarity with CDT codes and coverage rules • Proficiency in Open Dental (or Dentrix/Eaglesoft) • Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills • Excellent attention to detail and communication • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Other Considerations: • Full-time, EST hours (8 AM–6 PM, may vary slightly) • Long-term role with room to grow
