Deploy Secure On-Premises TAK Server Infrastructure with MDM, MediaMTX, PostgreSQL and ZeroTier

Project Description For Airsoft teams We are building a secure on-premises command-and-control infrastructure that will run entirely on a dedicated Windows Server located in our facility. The environment will initially support approximately 100 Android devices and will provide secure communications, drone video streaming, and mobile device management. The infrastructure must be scalable, well documented, and easy to maintain. Infrastructure Hardware: Dell PowerEdge Server Windows Server 2022 Internet Connection ZeroTier Cloud for secure networking No cloud hosting will be used for the production environment. Scope of Work The freelancer will design, install, configure, secure and document the complete environment. Required Services 1. TAK Server Install and configure the latest stable TAK Server. Requirements: PostgreSQL integration SSL/TLS certificates User authentication Android ATAK connectivity Proper security configuration 2. PostgreSQL Install and configure PostgreSQL. Requirements: Performance optimization Automatic backups Restore procedure Scheduled maintenance 3. MediaMTX Install and configure MediaMTX for drone streaming. Requirements: RTSP support Live streaming Video recording Automatic deletion of recordings older than 7 days 4. Android MDM Install and configure an MDM platform suitable for approximately 100 Android devices. The solution should support: Device enrollment Application deployment Remote wipe Device policies Device inventory OTA configuration updates 5. ZeroTier Integrate the infrastructure with ZeroTier Cloud. Requirements: Secure connectivity Proper routing Network authorization Stable communication with Android devices Server Security The freelancer must harden the server using industry best practices. Minimum requirements: Windows Firewall configuration Disable unnecessary services TLS certificates Strong administrator policies Secure PostgreSQL configuration Secure TAK configuration Secure MediaMTX configuration Security event logging Architecture Review The freelancer should review the complete infrastructure and recommend improvements regarding: Security Reliability Scalability Backup strategy Disaster Recovery Future High Availability Documentation Complete documentation is required. All configuration must be fully documented so the environment can be maintained by an in-house administrator in the future.
