Descript Video Editor for monthly long form video

Looking to hire an editor comfortable with Descript to edit long-form educational financial planning videos and upload them to YouTube. Raw files tend to be 60 to 90 minutes and final edited videos tend to be 20-40 minutes long. I have personally edited this before and expect each project to be completed in less than 10 hours. I have business requirement to make one video a month. I film everything and all graphics are included in the video file. You are only working with one long video file, so the focus is on editing for clarity (without needed to add graphics or texts) and uploading to Youtube after creating the chapter description, youtube description, and titles, AI Prompt will be provided. No need for thumbnail generation. I personally prefer to be hands off with my contractors. I like to hire professionals that can work autonamously without need to micro-manage. You can expect the first two projects to have lots of back and forth as I share my editing preferences and needs but after we establish a baseline level of trust and understanding, you'd be working on your own to accomplish the project on time without much need for micro-managing.
