We are looking for a graphic designer to create a polished, eye-catching 11x17 promotional poster for Arlington Days, a community weekend event in Arlington, South Dakota. The poster will be used to promote the event locally and should help drive people to ArlingtonDays.com for the full schedule, registration forms, event map, and updates. Project Goal Create a clean, professional, fun community-event poster that promotes: Arlington Days 2026 July 31 – August 2, 2026 Arlington, South Dakota Full schedule and details at ArlingtonDays.com The schedule may continue to change, so the poster should not try to list every event or exact detail. Instead, it should highlight the main weekend attractions and encourage people to visit the website for the latest schedule. Poster Concept / Direction We want the poster to feel like a hometown summer celebration: family-friendly, active, patriotic/community-focused, and inviting. Since the 2026 theme is tied to “America 250,” a tasteful red/white/blue or Americana-inspired direction could work well, but it should still feel local, warm, and fun rather than overly formal.
