Design CAD for 3D Printing of Trophy

Summary

We have a PNG image of an award that we are going to be giving out. We're doing some filming and need an oversized version of this trophy (30" tall). We only have a PNG and need it to look like this (it doesn't have to be exact). We need this for next week so we need someone who can design it ASAP so that we can get it to printing. For the gold color, we can paint it. Same for the base, we can paint it black. Attached is the PNG you'll have to work with. If you can do this ASAP, please say so in your bid, provide samples, rate and timeline. Thanks!
