Design 1 Chinese-language Worksheet PDF for Course

Description of Task: We need a designer to draft a fillable PDF with form fields so users can type their answers directly into the document. We will give you all of the text copy to use, but it's up to the designer to design and format the document. The prompts in the pdf need to be able to filled in directly by users. 1. The resulting design could be similar to the one attached (it's up to the designer as to specifically how to implement it. The attachment is just an example of how it could work): The idea is the user could fill in descriptions of their states in the 3 categories of above, within, and below the window of tolerance. 2. The second is just a table with three columns and multiple rows that users can use to fill in contents. Again, we will give you the copy, such as the text to use for the column headers. Description of Candidate: Suited for entry level candidates. Due to the use of Chinese language, candidates fluent in Chinese will be preferred. But if the candidate has ways to bridge or work around the language barrier such as through having experience with translation tools that will be fine as well. In general, the candidate should just be able to deliver a product as described, using Chinese. Simple as that. Note: Anyone who applies via email will be permanently blocked.
