The successful design should represent our corporate identity while ensuring comfort, durability, and practicality for daily industrial work in Bahrain's hot climate. Our Corporate Branding Guidelines will be provided as an attachment and must be followed throughout the design process. --- ## Scope of Work Design a complete **men's employee uniform** consisting of: * Long-sleeve work shirt * Matching work pants The uniform is intended for **male employees** working in production, operations, and site environments. **Please note:** * No T-shirts. * No overalls or coveralls. * The design should be suitable for production, operations, and site personnel. --- ## Design Requirements The proposed uniform shall: * Follow the company's Corporate Branding Guidelines. * Use the approved corporate colors. * Present a modern, professional, and consistent corporate image. * Be designed specifically for **male employees**. * Be suitable for Bahrain's hot and humid weather. * Be comfortable for extended daily use. * Use lightweight, breathable, and durable fabrics. * Be practical for manufacturing and industrial environments. * Be suitable for frequent industrial laundering. * Be easy to manufacture by local uniform suppliers. The design should also consider practical features such as: * Functional chest and side pockets. * Pen holder. * Reinforced stitching where appropriate. * Comfortable fit allowing freedom of movement. * Optional reflective piping or accents where aesthetically appropriate (without replacing required PPE). --- ## Deliverables The selected freelancer shall provide: * Three (3) distinct uniform concepts for evaluation. * Front, back, and side views of each concept. * High-quality rendered mockups. * Color variations based on the provided branding guidelines. * Production-ready vector artwork (AI, EPS, or SVG). * Pantone (or equivalent) color specifications. * Basic garment specifications suitable for local manufacturers. --- ## Experience Required Applicants should have proven experience designing: * Corporate uniforms * Industrial workwear * Manufacturing uniforms * Construction or engineering uniforms * PPE-compatible workwear (preferred) Experience designing uniforms for manufacturing, industrial, engineering, logistics, or construction companies will be considered an advantage. --- ## Proposal Requirements Your proposal must include: * A portfolio of previous uniform or workwear designs. * At least three (3) relevant samples from previous projects. * A brief description of your design approach. * Estimated delivery timeline. * Number of revision rounds included. * Your total **Fixed Price** quotation for the complete scope of work. Proposals that do not include relevant work samples may not be considered. --- ## Budget This is a **Fixed Price** project.
