Design QA & Creative Direction for Luxury Birthday Microsite

I have a nearly completed website for my 30th birthday weekend and am looking for a talented designer with strong aesthetic taste to help elevate the final design. The site is already being built by a developer. This is NOT a full website design or development project. I'm looking for someone who can act as a design reviewer / creative director and help identify the final improvements needed to make the site feel polished, cohesive, elevated, and professionally designed.
