Design a Microsoft Access Form User interface only (no sql programming)

Hi, I need Microsoft Access experienced freelancer to designe a form like the attached screenshot. The form should follow the same layout and formatting. Note that you should use TEXT BOXES for all numbers/stats on the screenshot so that ill add functions and calculated expressions. So your role is to design a form similar to that one on the screenshot and add text boxes wherever data numbers are shown. I use access 2013 version. French brief description : Je vx quelqu'un dessiner un formulaire access qui sert comme un tableau de bord. Je veux exactement comment l image en terme de format, couleurs, dimensions. Très important à mentionner, c'est que je vx insérer des zones de texte pour chaque partie pour que je puisse ajouter les fonctions et expressions pour afficher les statistiques depuis des requêtes déjà créés.
