Design Multi-Volume Commentary Template in InDesign

Adobe InDesign Specialist Needed – Build 6-Volume Book Set Using InDesign Book Feature I am looking for an experienced Adobe InDesign professional to consolidate 66 existing InDesign documents into a cohesive 6-volume set using the InDesign Book feature. The overall formatting and design system have already been established. This is primarily a production and organization project, not a design-from-scratch project. Project Scope Combine 66 existing InDesign files into 6 organized book volumes Use Adobe InDesign’s Book feature to manage the volumes Ensure consistent pagination, paragraph styles, character styles, master pages, and numbering across each volume Update and synchronize styles as needed Generate accurate tables of contents where required Maintain clean file organization and naming conventions Package final files properly for archive and print/export Requirements Strong experience with Adobe InDesign, especially the Book feature Experience handling large multi-document publishing projects Attention to detail and strong file management skills Ability to troubleshoot style conflicts, numbering issues, and linked assets Good communication and ability to follow an established format system Deliverables 6 complete InDesign Book files Organized and cleaned InDesign package files Final synchronized documents ready for export and future editing Please include: Examples of similar long-document or book-production work Your experience with InDesign Book workflows Estimated timeline for completion This project is best suited for someone highly comfortable with production-level InDesign work and long-document publishing workflows.
