Design an Old/Vintage Japanese Bar for a hotel

We are looking for a creative Interior Designer to develop a concept for a hotel bar space of approximately 700 sqft. The space is currently empty and has no windows. Our initial direction is an Old/Vintage Japanese Bar concept, so experience with Japanese-inspired bars, izakayas, whisky bars, speakeasies, restaurants, or hospitality projects would be a strong advantage. However, we are not limiting this opportunity only to designers with Japanese bar experience. We are equally interested in talented and creative designers who can bring fresh ideas and unique concepts to the table. At this stage, we do not have a fixed design direction or specific Japanese bar concept in mind. We are open to your creative interpretation and would like to see what you can propose based on the space and overall hotel environment. What we are looking for: Strong interior design portfolio Experience in hospitality, restaurant, lounge, bar, or hotel projects preferred Creative concept development skills Ability to create an immersive atmosphere within a windowless space Space planning and layout expertise High-quality 3D renderings and visual presentations Please include the following in your proposal: Portfolio and relevant project samples Any hospitality, restaurant, bar, lounge, or hotel projects you have completed Any Japanese-inspired projects (if available) Your initial thoughts or approach for this project Deliverables you can provide (mood boards, layouts, 3D renders, material boards, technical drawings, etc.) We are looking for someone who can transform an empty space into a memorable guest experience and bring creativity, originality, and strong design thinking to the project. We value creativity and concept development as much as previous experience, so if you believe you have a unique vision for this space, we would love to see your ideas.
