3D Design a One Liter Edible Oil Bottle

**Project Overview** We need a professional 3D CAD designer to create a **1-liter PET edible oil bottle** inspired by common European / Indian market designs. The design must be suitable for PET stretch blow mould manufacturing. The final output must be mould-ready and compatible with mould manufacturers most likely in India or China. --- **Bottle Requirements** * Capacity: 1000 ml (1 liter brimful) * Bottle type: round cross-section * Application: Edible oil (PET stretch blow moulding) * Design style: Clean, modern * Manufacturing process: Injection Stretch Blow Moulding (ISBM) Please have a look at the sample image attached here. --- **Technical Design Specifications** **Neck Finish (IMPORTANT)** * Preferred: 29/21 neck finish (oil standard in India) * Provide threaded neck as per industry standard * Include neck support ring **Wall & Structure**= * Uniform wall thickness suitable for PET blowing * Proper draft angles for mould release * Smooth transitions (no sharp internal corners) * Oil panel/grip area on side walls * Stable base suitable for oil filling lines **Bottle Geometry** * Round cross section * Slight paneling for label area * Ergonomic grip preferred * Fill line indication * Brimful volume: 1000 ml * Target weight assumption: ~26 g PET (for design reference) **Mould Readiness** * Clear parting line * No undercuts * Manufacturable geometry * Suitable for 2-cavity or 4-cavity blow mould --- **Deliverables (MANDATORY)** Primary files: * STEP (.stp) — AP214 or AP242 (REQUIRED) * IGES (.igs) — backup * Native CAD file (SolidWorks or Autodesk preferred) Supporting: * 2D drawing with key dimensions * Volume confirmation * Draft angle confirmation * High-quality renders (front, side, perspective) --- **Preferred Software** Designer should use: * SolidWorks * Autodesk --- **Quality Expectations** The model must be: * Fully solid (not surface-only) * Error-free geometry * Ready for mould maker use * Properly dimensioned * Industry-standard neck finish --- **Nice to Have** * Label area marking * Suggested preform weight * Basic blow mould parting suggestion * Lightweight optimization ideas --- **Please Include in Your Proposal** * Software you will use * Examples of PET bottle work * Confirmation of STEP delivery * Estimated turnaround time * Number of revision rounds --- **Timeline** Target delivery: 7 days after award. Note: i have a version of design ready albeit with 50g weight. I want to redesign that shape with maximum 26g weight as constrain while maintaining sufficient strength to hold shape when used as one liter oil filling bottle.
