Design a Professional Research Report (Think Tank / White Paper Style)

We are seeking an experienced report designer to transform an existing manuscript into a professionally designed research report. The report will be published by the National Academy of Creative Arts, a UK-based institution focused on creativity, learning and human potential in the age of AI. The report title is: Creative Learning in the Age of AI Why Human Creativity, Feedback and Community Matter More Than Ever The content has already been written. We are now looking for a designer to create a polished publication that feels closer to a report produced by organisations such as Nesta, Deloitte, McKinsey, Economist Impact, RSA or Future Foundation than a traditional academic paper. Scope The final report will be approximately 24–32 pages. The designer will: - Create a professional cover design - Develop a consistent visual style throughout - Design page layouts - Create visual hierarchy and typography - Design diagrams and simple infographics - Create call-out boxes for key concepts - Design pull quotes and highlighted findings - Format charts and framework diagrams - Produce a print-ready PDF - Supply editable source files Deliverables: - Final PDF report - Editable design files (InDesign preferred) - All diagrams and graphics used in the report - Fonts and asset list (where applicable)
