Design a Pulley Rack

I need a mechanical/CAD designer to design a compact display rack for mini conveyor pulleys/idlers. The rack will be used as an exhibition/demo stand to showcase different pulley lagging options. Reference images will be provided. The rack must hold 8 mini pulleys/idlers in a neat, professional display arrangement. The design needs to be lightweight, compact, stable, durable, and easy to assemble/disassemble for transport and exhibition use. Basic design requirements: Rack to hold 8 mini pulleys/idlers Compact footprint while still allowing the pulleys to be clearly visible Lightweight construction, but stable enough not to tip over Easy to assemble and disassemble Design should allow the pulleys to be removed/replaced if needed Use bolted construction where possible instead of permanent welding Avoid overcomplicating the design Design should be practical to manufacture using standard fabrication methods Preferred construction concept: Two laser-cut or fabricated side stands Cross members connecting the two side stands 4 mm sheet-metal mounting plate/panel Bolt-together design for transport Stable base with sufficient depth to prevent tipping Deliverables required: 3D CAD assembly model Individual part models Manufacturing drawings for each part Assembly drawing DXF files for sheet-metal/laser-cut parts STEP files of the full assembly and individual parts
