Design SVG logo + motion design

I need you to create a professional, full brand identiy for a company that makes AI models for robots. The company is called OpenVector, Website: openvector.com If we're happy with your work, this COULD become a regular position. Then there should be a text OpenVector to the right. Think about a FOUNDATIONAL company like openAI. I want the same feel. The Logo in general should be black only, should be VERY stylish, should come with a color theme for the entire website, and should come with an animation in SVG format (vectorized) that looks similar to: https://www.instagram.com/reel/C_dr7qSgDw-/ Be creative.
