Design Tech Pack for Dog Harness and jacket

We are a startup company focusing on developing premium dog gear including harnesses and functional jackets. We already have a minimal viable product (MVP) for the Size S harness and jacket and are looking for an experienced product/technical designer to help refine the product and create a manufacturing-ready design tech pack. The ideal candidate should have experience developing dog gear (especially harnesses), and be comfortable working from an existing concept to a production-ready specification package. Scope of Work - Build a complete manufacturing-ready tech pack for the dog harness and jacket - Refine and finalize several design details based on our existing MVP - Develop sizing and grading for additional sizes based on the validated Size S MVP - Recommend suitable materials and trims based on product requirements and target positioning - Define construction methods and assembly details - Create detailed technical drawings and product specifications - Prepare a complete Bill of Materials (BOM) Required Qualifications - Experience designing dog harnesses and dog apparel - Experience creating manufacturing-ready tech packs for dog products - Experience with size grading and fit development across multiple sizes - Strong understanding of materials and hardware used in dog gear, including webbing, shell fabrics, mesh, padding, buckles, D-rings, etc. - Strong attention to detail and understanding of functional product design
