Design and Editing PDF

About the project We have an existing base of marketing and promotional materials (brochures, flyers, and other PDF collateral) that needs a quality upgrade. The core brand and design guidelines are already established — we're not looking for a redesign from scratch. Instead, we need an experienced designer who can elevate the existing materials to a premium, polished standard while staying true to the current look and feel. Alongside the quality improvements, there are a number of specific edits and adjustments to make across the documents (updating content, refining layouts, and general cleanup). What you'll be doing Reviewing our current marketing and promotional PDFs and identifying where quality can be improved (typography, spacing, image treatment, layout consistency, print/digital readiness) Redesigning and rebuilding materials to a high-end standard using our existing base design guidelines Making requested edits and adjustments to existing PDFs (text changes, layout tweaks, image swaps, etc.) Delivering print-ready and web-optimised PDF versions Supplying editable source files (InDesign packages with linked assets and fonts) so we can make minor updates in-house later What we're looking for Strong portfolio of high-end brochure and marketing collateral design — please include relevant samples with your proposal Expert-level Adobe InDesign and Illustrator skills (Photoshop a plus for image work) Experience preparing print-ready files (bleed, margins, CMYK, correct export settings) Ability to work within existing brand guidelines and keep everything consistent Sharp eye for typography, alignment, and detail Good communication and reliable turnaround times Scope and budget This is a fixed-price project. Once we've shortlisted candidates, we'll share the materials so you can quote accurately on the full scope. If the first project goes well, there's strong potential for ongoing design work with us.
