Design an animated B2B Partner Overview Deck

We need a presentation designer to create an animated Partner Overview Deck for our B2B team to use in conversations with hospitals, clinics, and other clinical partner organizations. The deck should feel professional, modern, and healthcare-focused, with subtle animations similar to our existing campus decks: https://view.zoomifier.com/iy9nv96evh We already have the full copy and slide-by-slide creative direction, so the designer will be working from a clear outline. The final design should support early partner conversations and reflect Concorde’s role in healthcare workforce development. We need someone to design the slides only, not add copy to the presentation. Our team will insert all text and finalize the deck in Zoomifier. What we need: - For each slide, we need two versions of the same background asset: - Animated MP4 (approximately 3 seconds) *This will play when the slide first loads in Zoomifier. *The animation should end on the exact visual state we want the slide background to remain in. *Static PNG/JPG of the Final Frame *This should be an exact match of the animation's ending frame. *After the MP4 finishes playing, we'll use this static image as the persistent slide background. ** Why we're doing this: Our platform, Zoomifier treats video and slide content as separate layers. To create the appearance of a seamless animated slide background, we'll: *Place the MP4 as the first/background layer. *Allow the 3-second animation to play. *Display the static final-frame image behind all slide elements so the slide remains visually identical after the animation ends. Design Requirements: - The last frame of the animation must match the supplied static image pixel-for-pixel. - Avoid any looping effects. - The animation should naturally settle into the final composition. - All text, callouts, and interactive elements will be added separately in Zoomifier, so only provide the animated background and matching static background. - Clean, brand-aligned visuals. - Editable final files.
