Design back of playing cards for wedding favor

I am looking to design the back of a deck of playing cards that I will then print out. The design we are looking for is with illustration rather than digital art (i.e. watercolor, colored pencil, oil based paint, etc.) This will be for a wedding favor. We are open on different design ideas, but as an initial thought we were thinking a path of all the places we have lived and the milestones for each place. An ideal situation will be: 1. We discuss all the elements we want in the design and you share your input on what we should include 2. We discuss a couple of concepts together and decide on one together 3. We get the final design and maybe have small edits 4. Done! This is just 1 design for the back of the cards! Thanks in advance
