Design UI/UX of a high-converting landing page on Figma.

We already have our website content, color palette, and branding guidelines ready, now we need a talented UI/UX designer to turn that content into a high-converting, lead-capture-focused landing page. What We're Looking For: - A designer who understands conversion-first design principles Strong portfolio showing landing pages that actually generate leads and signups - Expertise in Figma, all final deliverables must be delivered as .fig files - Understanding of UX psychology, how people scroll, what makes them click, what builds trust - Mobile-first thinking (we expect 60%+ traffic from mobile) Primary Goal: This landing page's #1 job is lead capture. Every section, headline, CTA, and visual should be designed with one question in mind: "Does this make someone want to book a tour or sign up?"
