Design a 3D model of a Swedish King

Summary

I am commissioning a 3D model of Swedish king "Gustav II Adolf". The model will be 3D printed (to be done by another supplier) to be used as a master for silicone molds and candle casting. * The model should be historically recognizable but optimized for casting, with limited undercuts and clear details that reproduce well in stearin and/or wax. * The finished model should not exceed 16 centimeters in width/diameter. The height should be proportional to the width. * The model should be delivered as an STL file that is watertight/manifold and ready for 3D printing. ** Preferably also STEP-file and/or OBJ-file (if possible). I am attaching reference images. Please use your expertise to decide on amount of details.
