Job Title: 3D Industrial Design & Mechanical Engineering for Premium Bathroom Cleaning Station Job Description: We are looking for a talented and experienced Industrial Designer / Mechanical Engineer to take our concept to the next stage. We have fully defined the ID language, dimensions, and core UX for a premium, high-end hidden bathroom cleaning station (Toilet Brush & Plunger Set). The design aesthetic is inspired by Simplehuman × MUJI × OXO—modern, minimalist, and upscale. It must look like a high-end home appliance rather than a cheap plastic tool. Current Specifications (Provided by Us): Enclosure Dimensions: , Total Height: (with handles exposed). Aesthetics: Micro-curved front panel ( curvature), overall 3-degree backward tilt for an elegant, stable stance. Colors & Finishes: Matte White (RAL 9003) with a fine matte texture (VDI 24 standard). Two handles exposed with asymmetric heights in light gray and gunmetal gray. Ground Gap: A 10mm hidden floating gap from the floor to ensure an elegant floating effect and easy cleaning. Stability: Free-standing design. The base must include a built-in slot for an iron/concrete counterweight (approx. 1.5 - 2.0 kg) and 4-point high-friction TPE non-slip rubber pads. No suction cups. Core Structural & Engineering Requirements: 1. FlexGate™ Top Cover: Design a flexible, self-sealing mechanical door mechanism on top. When the tools are inserted, it naturally wraps around the handles; when pulled out, it snaps back seamlessly to seal in odors/bacteria and maintain a seamless look. 2. Absolute Internal Isolation: The toilet brush compartment and plunger compartment must be physically and hermetically isolated inside the hub to prevent cross-contamination. 3. Damped Soft-Open Drip Tray: The hidden tray at the floating base must slide out smoothly via a Push-Push latch mechanism combined with a rotary silicone fluid damper. The opening transition must be smooth and linear (1.5 - 2.0 seconds). 4. Anti-Slosh & Anti-Splash: The interior of the drip tray must feature Anti-Slosh grid baffles to prevent water from waving, and the front lip must have an inward-curved anti-splash rim to guarantee zero water spills when popped open. Deliverables Required: Phase 1 (Visuals & Marketing): 4 High-fidelity CAD photo-realistic renderings (45° Hero View for Amazon Main Image, Front View, Side View, and a realistic modern US Bathroom Scene Render). Phase 2 (Engineering & Tooling): Fully-featured SolidWorks native assembly files (.SLDASM, .SLDPRT), Exploded View, Tooling/Draft analysis, .STL files optimized for 3D printing, and universal .STP/.IGS files for mold manufacturing. Qualifications: Proven track record in plastic injection molding design, consumer electronics enclosures, or high-end kitchen/bath hardware. Expertise in SolidWorks (required for engineering) and Rhino + KeyShot / Blender (for high-fidelity renders). Must understand draft angles, wall thickness consistency, and mechanical tolerance design.
