Design of solar panel structure

Summary

Seeking 2D drawing drafting services and preparation of 3D model of prototype solar array structure made of simple aluminium flat stock, double hinges and rivots to support flexible solar panels. Parts have been selected, small BOM is available. Seeking assistance in optimizing hinge mechanism for packaging and strength. Goal is to design a lightweight foldable array that will not buckle under wind load or during installation. I am happy to assist with regular dialogue and feedback. I expect 2 weeks to design first drafts, I expect to re-hire services once ready to make additional modifications to prototype.
