Project Overview: I have plans and documentation, my township is asking to have those plans reviewed and stamped by an New Jersey Professional Engineer (PE). I am constructing a detached, 20x23 one-story accessory building (workshop/gym) on my property in Harrison Township, NJ (ZIP 08062). I need a licensed New Jersey Professional Engineer (PE) to review my structural layout, perform/verify the required roof system load calculations, and provide certified engineering plans for my building permit application.
