Design steel frame brick veneer workshop with complete drawings and engineering

I am needing designs and plans for a steel frame brick shed built in regional Victoria, Australia. Plans need to be compliant with Australian building code and structure needs to be engineered by a qualified engineer. The shed is 16m long and 8m wide and has a traditional exterior of recylced brick and gabled end walls. Wall height is 3.2metres and roof pitch is 45 degrees. Some other points to cover on the brief: 8m wide x 16m long (measure to external of steel frame) Recycled brick exterior 3.2m wall height 45 degree roof pitch Corrugated iron roof zincalum Internal walls and ceilings clad with 75mm SIP panel with 50mm PIR core SIP panel fastened to internal face of c purlins Reflective wrap external walls 55mm insulated blanket foil both faces for roof Floor concrete 125mm thick single pour no joints No eaves, facia fitted directly to brick wall Windows and doors located per sketch North south orientation Soil type H2 brick gables run up to roof sheet and have a neat flashing of 50-70mm height. Location is Kerang, Australia Flashed gable with no eaves Windows are steel frame double glazed Doors are steel with spotted gum cladding external Solar panel loading allow 100% of west face Steel frame construction with pft or ub portal frames spaced at 4m portal frames preferably without bracing on the internal for a clean effect. C purlins between rather than outside of portal frames for walls C purlins on top of or between portal frames for roof Steel frames fasten to slab via chemical anchor preferably ground type H Include 4 features in teh design, exact locations of these to be decided later, but include teh detail for review. Window Sill height 1200, widow height 1200. width 900, casement style with 2 opening outwards panes. double glazes steel frame window. Set in long wall avoiding portal frame locations PA Door. Door height 2200. Steel frame door with spotted gum cladded exterior. set in long side of workshop avoiding portal frame areas. Loading door Large door height 2700 high with 2 doors opening out. total opening width 2400. steel frame door with timber clad exterior. Gable window. Set in brick gable 400wide x 900 high non opening Outcomes from the project are : Cad models/sketches to verify design and details prior to construction drawings engineering for slab and steel frame full set construction drawings Complete revit file steelwork shop drawings
