Design A sweater/hoodie for my brand

Hi! I want someone to design a sweatshirt/hoodie for me for my app brand. I have a mockup draft but want a professional with human intuition to design it perfectly for me. This is a fixed price project and shouldn’t take long. The wording and design for the most part is what I’d want something like. I’d also like to place the world’s flags placed nicely on various parts of the hoodie, such as the hood, arms, and trims onto the piece of clothing. The logo is similar to this but is a draft. I’m waiting my my logo designer to finish so you can put a placeholder in the spaces where the logos would be. I’d also need to put a dynamic QR code on there. Thank you for your time.
