Design of the façade of a block of flats

We are seeking a skilled architect to develop a conceptual façade design based on the provided massing model of our development project.The design should focus on the tower portions of the buildings, proposing architectural solutions including color schemes, window placement and composition, and façade material selection and application.Key design parameters include a typical floor-to-floor height of 3.0 meters and specific vertical spacing requirements between windows. The design should consider balconies, French balconies, and loggias with an aim to minimize open balconies, and accommodate outdoor air-conditioning units with integrated architectural solutions.Bold, innovative ideas such as voxel-inspired architectural expressions are encouraged, but the overall façade should maintain regularity and rationality to support efficient apartment layouts.Available materials include a massing model in SketchUp, master plan in AutoCAD, and development concept in PDF format.
