Designer - Create a custom illustration for webflow integration

We are looking for a skilled illustrator / designer to create a custom interactive nautical leadership map for Führen.ch, a leadership and development platform. The ideal freelancer can handle the full process from concept sketch to final vector illustration, structured SVG export and Webflow implementation. The map should feel like a refined hand-drawn sea chart, not a generic pirate treasure map. It should visualise leadership, development and orientation in a complex and uncertain environment. Core elements: * Individual / Individuum * Team, represented by one central ship with a crew * Organisation, represented by a harbour or structured coastal area * Leadership concepts: Align, Connect, Develop, Enable, Accompany, Inspire * Challenge elements: Volatility, Uncertainty, Complexity, Ambiguity * Additional BANI-inspired elements: Nonlinearity, Anxiety, Incomprehensible The concepts should not be shown as a linear route or numbered stations. They should be represented through meaningful nautical symbols. The final artwork should be delivered as a clean vector illustration with clearly named SVG groups/layers, so selected elements can become interactive in Webflow through hover states, tooltips or links. Please include relevant examples of map-style, nautical, symbolic, editorial or interactive SVG work. Also mention whether you can handle Webflow implementation yourself, your proposed process, estimated timeline and pricing model.
