UI Designer (Figma) – Telehealth Web Projects

About the Role We're a boutique web design studio working with DTC and telehealth clients on brand-forward digital experiences. We're looking for a strong UI designer to help with site design, component systems, and the occasional brand touchpoint. This is a contract role with real potential for ongoing collaboration. What You'll Be Doing -Designing polished, on-brand web interfaces and landing pages in Figma -Building and maintaining scalable component libraries, variable systems, and design tokens -Working closely with a lead designer/developer to bring concepts from idea to handoff-ready files -Contributing to brand consistency across multiple client projects -Jumping into light brand design work (layouts, visual direction, type/color systems) when needed Requirements -3+ years of professional UI design experience with Figma as your primary tool -Strong eye for brand, you know when something looks off and you know how to fix it -Proven experience building and maintaining component libraries, auto-layout structures, variables, and token systems -Ability to work from loose briefs and existing brand guidelines without heavy hand-holding -A portfolio that shows range Nice to Have -Experience designing for telehealth, health & wellness, or DTC brands -Familiarity with Webflow and how designs translate to the platform -Basic knowledge of HTML & CSS, enough to understand what's buildable Engagement Details -Contract / freelance, hourly or per-project -Ongoing availability preferred -Async-friendly with weekly/daily check-ins To Apply Please share your portfolio or 2–3 relevant case studies, a quick overview of your experience with Figma component and token systems, and a note on your availability
