Designer (Long-term collaboration)

Looking for a designer for a long-term collaboration. First project: logo + full visual identity. If it works well, you become my go-to designer for all future creative projects. ## Important I'm not looking for someone who sells "tool skills" (Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva, AI tools). That's the baseline — it means nothing on its own. ## What I'm looking for **Creative** — Someone who can generate or recognize strong ideas and directions, not just execute. I'd rather see 2-3 sharp concepts than 10 generic ones. **Rigorous and attentive** — Someone who follows the brief and stays on the direction given. If I ask you to push further on concepts X and Y, I expect refinements of X and Y — not 10 new unrelated concepts. I shouldn't have to repeat myself. **Solid design fundamentals** — real understanding of: - color - typography - shape ## What to send me - Examples of logos/identities/concepts (don't need to be finished or numerous — just your best) - Your rates (per project or range) - Your expected monthly rate if this becomes part-time or full-time - Optional: a short explanation of the reasoning behind 1-2 of your examples (skip the process/mood-board talk — just the "why") ## Note on rates I'm specifically prioritizing candidates based in regions where rates are more accessible (Africa, Asia, etc.) — this is a rate consideration, not a quality bar. Work quality and communication matter more than location. ## What I don't want - Long generic intros - Portfolios with no context or reasoning
