UI/UX Designer Needed: High-Fidelity Figma Prototype for AI HR-Tech Startup (B2B2C)

Project Description: We are an early-stage startup preparing to pitch for seed funding. We are building an AI-powered Career Hub designed to automate the job application process for university students (B2C) while providing real-time placement analytics to university career centers (B2B). We need a talented UI/UX designer to create a high-fidelity, clickable prototype in Figma (approx. 5 screens). This prototype will not be coded; it will be used purely for visual demonstration in our pitch deck and a 3-minute video demo. What You Will Do: Design the core user flows in a modern, tech-forward SaaS aesthetic (clean, professional, blue/purple/white color palette). I have attached several reference screenshots of a competitor's B2C application to guide the layout. We need you to elevate this design, apply our own cohesive brand identity, and design a custom B2B analytics dashboard that doesn't exist in the references. Required Screens (approx. 5 screens): Student Dashboard: Overview of saved jobs and application status. The "Answer Library": Where students input their core data once for the AI to use later to autofill applications. Job Detail & AI Match: A screen showing a job description alongside an "AI Fit Score" (e.g., "80/100 Match"). Auto-Apply Magic Moment: A visual showing the AI successfully parsing the student's Answer Library into a corporate application form. University Admin Dashboard (Crucial B2B View): A data-heavy analytics view for university career centers showing charts/graphs of student engagement, interview conversion rates, and skill gaps (e.g., missing qualifications like "Python" or "CFA"). Requirements: Expert proficiency in Figma. Prior experience designing B2B SaaS dashboards or data-heavy interfaces. Ability to link the screens together into a clickable prototype so we can screen-record a demo. You must provide the final Figma source file (.fig) or transfer ownership of the Figma file upon completion.
