3D Designer Needed for Decorative Concrete / Gypsum Mold-Ready Models

Hi everyone, → To be considered for this project, please answer all 7 questions listed at the end of this brief in your proposal. I am looking for an experienced 3D product/modeling designer to create 3D models for 7 decorative concrete / Jesmonite-style products based on reference images that I will provide. The main purpose of these 3D models is not visual rendering only. The files will be used to 3D print accurate master models, which will then be used by my mold maker to create silicone molds for casting concrete / Jesmonite products. The attached folder containing 7 sub-folders, one folder for each product concept. Each folder includes reference images from different angles and perspectives: → Project Goal: To create clean, accurate, production-ready 3D models for 7 decorative products that are suitable for: (3D printing - Silicone mold making - Concrete / Jesmonite casting) → Important Design Requirements: Each 3D model must be designed with mold-making and casting in mind. Please consider the following: ◇ Clean, watertight, manifold geometry ◇ No non-manifold edges, holes, floating parts, or unnecessary complexity ◇ Proper wall thickness suitable for concrete / Jesmonite casting ◇ Slightly rounded edges where needed to avoid fragile sharp corners ◇ Practical draft angles where possible for easier demolding ◇ No extremely thin parts that may break during casting, demolding, sanding, or handling ◇ Details must be deep, raised, or defined enough to appear clearly in the final cast piece ◇ The design should stay very close to the reference images, but should be adjusted where necessary to make it moldable, castable, and manufacturable ◇ Real-world scale and dimensions in millimeters ◇ Final sizing for each item will be confirmed before modeling → Preferred Workflow: Before starting the full set of 7 items, I would like to begin with two test items first. (__001.png & __006.png) The purpose of the test item is to confirm: ◇ Your modeling quality ◇ Your understanding of mold-making requirements ◇ The suitability of the model for 3D printing and silicone mold production ◇ The level of detail and accuracy compared to the reference images After the test item is approved, we can continue with the remaining 6 items. For each item, I would prefer the workflow to include: ❶ Initial rough 3D blockout / shape preview ❷ Revisions and adjustments ❸ Final detailed model ❹ Final production-ready file delivery → Files Required: All the necessary files for each of the 7 products: ◇ STL file for 3D printing (mold-ready) ◇ STEP file for production/editing ◇ OBJ file if available ◇ Source file from the software you use, such as Fusion 360, Rhino, Blender, SolidWorks, etc. ◇ Multi-angle renders (minimum 4 views: front, side, top, 3/4 perspective) as PNG ◇ Final dimensions for each item in mm Please organize the delivery clearly, with one folder per item. → Questions Before Starting: Please send me the following: ❶ Your price for designing all 7 items? ❷ Your price per item, in case we start with one or two items first? ❸ Estimated timeline for the two test items (__001.png & __006.png)? ❹ Estimated timeline for the full set of 7 items? ❺ Which 3D software you will use? ❻ Whether you have previous experience preparing 3D models for 3D printing and silicone mold production? ❼ Examples of similar 3D product, mold-making, decorative object, or casting-related work you have done? → I am looking for a designer who can create beautiful 3D models while also thinking practically about 3D printing, mold making, and casting.
